L’anonymat est la condition sine qua non pour échapper à la surveillance mise en place dans de très nombreux pays, le plus souvent à l’insu des citoyens.

Particulièrement complexe, l’anonymat en ligne est d’autant plus difficile qu’il est très aisé d’avoir la sensation d’être anonyme tout en étant parfaitement identifiable par beaucoup de monde, à commencer par son gouvernement.

According to the AFP, the investigative site run by Julian Assange, along with partner site Owni.Fr released info on a French electronics firm, Amesys, who sold surveillance gear to Libya, helping Gaddafi, among others, spy on citizens.
